About Larry Shiller

Larry Shiller is President of ShillerMath, whose mission is to help kids learn - and enjoy - math, and whose mission is to make the US #1 in math and the founder of the Rising Stars Foundation, a 501(c)(3) whose mission is to build positive role models for children in math.

Shiller has degrees from M.I.T. and the Harvard Business School and is the author of Software Excellence (Prentice-Hall).

A father of three, Shiller is active in non-profit volunteering and his hobbies include music (Shiller is an accomplished violinist who - when not helping children learn math - plays violin), tennis (Shiller's team made it to the USTA national finals in his skill bracket), and flying (Shiller holds a private pilot's license for single-engine airplanes).
