FAQs

Does ACT/Sat Test Prep cover how? Yes! Each problem is in fact a topic that covers the problem's context, patterns, strategy, and analysis. Hints and practice are provided in each of these areas and students are provided with custom weekly analytics that identify opportunities to improve how they think and learn based on that week's work. Our approach is research-based and has achieved amazing results in our testing.

How long does it take for a student to go through it? There are literally hundreds of questions with more being added all the time so it's actually unlikely that a student will exhaust them all prior to feeling fully prepared to take the actual test.

Is there online help? Yes! Several kinds in fact. First, each question comes with a hint, that the student sees only if desired. Then there's the topic's Q&A history, which lets a student see previous answers to this question. Finally, 1-1 help is available with an online tutor (often realtime and always within 24 hours) to address specific issues in understanding: By itself is worth many times the program cost.

How does a student know how well he or she is doing? Students get constant feedback on their progress. The topic list shows how many topics have yet to be completed. Weekly emails help students identify opportunities for improvement. These emails are unique for each student based on their work. Real-time statistics on their work is always available. And students may always ask their 1-1 tutor for clarification not only on a specific problem, but on their overall progress.

How can one test prep product cover both the ACT and PSAT/SAT? After losing market share, the new math SAT somehow looks very much like the math ACT. That said, test-specific tips are provided to ensure students are prepared for either (or both). And many students are taking both tests now, to improve their chances of getting into a better college.

This is an online-only product.
